Description

The item you purchase will be the one photographed and listed however my ceramics are handmade and kiln-fired in small batches. During firing, the glazes naturally move and react to heat, creating subtle variations in color, texture, and surface. These differences are intentional and part of the beauty of handmade work—no two pieces are exactly alike. I aim to be as accurate as possible with photography and description, but I cannot guarantee that it will appear as exact on your computer, tablet or phone.

  • Postage will be calculated at check out

  • Delivery overseas not currently available

  • I am not VAT registered

Returns

I hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact me via the contact form within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss an exchange or refund.

Refunds will be issued once the item has been returned in its original condition. Wherever possible, please use the original packaging to ensure safe return.

  • ​Any refunds made will only be made against the credit/debit card that you used to purchase

  • The customer is responsible for any return postage costs

  • Original shipping is non-refundable

  •  We suggest obtaining proof of postage for your return

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

  • Items on sale

  • Custom or personalised items

Damage

Every piece is carefully packed, however on rare occasions items may be damaged in transit. If this happens, please contact me via the contact form within 7 days of delivery.

I will respond with a request for a photograph of the damage and provide details regarding replacement or resolution.

As each piece is handmade, replacements are subject to availability and may differ slightly from the original.
